Wow! Thanks Willow. Great Advice. I believe as you do that if you are going to do something, you might as well go all the way. That's what I did when I went vegan. I jumped in with both feet and never looked back!

However, I bought the cayenne powder from Uny not the tincture. Did I make a mistake? I was looking at the cost side of it as I was ordering other things as well. Does the powder have the same benefits as the tincture? Hopefully so.
