GET IT OUT!!!!!!!! Mine was so bad I had a metal taste in my mouth and every time I had a bowel movement it smelled like Iron. They told me the 'strings' were little wires. I'm allergic to metal!!!!!!!! and to silicone!!!!! So I was in back shape. I feel 100% better. NOTHING IS WORTH FEELING LIKE CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine was on the back of my knee and then to my legs, feet, arms, and then chest.
