I did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) last thursday and it helped with my odor a bit. I gotta say, when I eliminated after drinking it, it was the most foul smelling elimination I can remember ever having. I don't that a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) will rid your body of beneficial bacteria. It may do a little damage but I don't see how it could be any worse than just having diarrhea.

I don't know if probiotics work or not. Never really seen or heard of any concrete proof.
