I don't take Antibiotics at all, nor other drugs.
Here are some stuff I didn't understand:
You said "I don't use soap or shampoo or toothpaste or chlorinated water"
So what do you use instead? I didn't heard about non chlorinated water. Water without chlorine probably contain bacteria, definitely might be pathogens between them.
Maybe they are treated against bacteria in other means (UV?)?
What about soap and shampoo, how can you manage without them?
I would like to know about your diet, what did you eat, what did you drink? how long did it take until you noticed improvement? and any other relevant information that you would like to share with me and the rest of this forum.
