Anyone know what the consistency is supposed to be for water kefir once its done? i used just sugar, the grains, and spring water. After 2 days the water was a tad slimy and it looked like it had lots of probiotics, but it was abit sweet. It wasnt tart like milk kefir nor did it have the carbonated effect to it. Do I need to let it ferment longer???
