Thanks Dr Lam,

I have approached you for advice previously and have read your paper on adrenal fatigue. It's an excellent resource.

I have implemented as best I can the dietary and lifestyle guidelines and am trying liposomal vitamin C (2 tsp daily with food) with a B-50 complex and Chromium for my hypoglycemia. I've only been doing this for about 4 days so far.

I do have many questions but wouldn't want to over burden you as I have already asked a few.
