In my opinion, it would be best to complete the Colon Cleanse first, or at least deal with the other issues (like liver, parasite) while you have IF#2 running through your system. From what I understand, IF#2 absorbs a lot of toxins not only from your colon and all, but from the rest of the body including released liver toxins, etc.
The goal is to have those poisons out of the body as soon as you can once they're released. Having done a complete Colon Cleanse usually ensures regular bowel movements, therefore any toxins released always have a ride they can catch on the way out. (although sometimes regularity still isn't enough, which is where coffee enemas and such come in, I believe.)
Without a clean colon and regular bowel movements, you can end up reabsorbing all those poisons, etc., before they are eliminated from the system and this does not feel good at all when it happens. That rash you describe can get much worse if you release more toxins than your body is ready to handle.
You should try to complete a colon cleanse, at least in part, if you can.
By the way, the order of cleansing I mentioned in my previous reply came directly from Doc Sutter's book. I really don't see any clash in the overall methodology between Dr.Sutter and Dr.Schulze. The difference mainly is in some of the substances and techniques. Doc Sutter's protocol is pretty much the basics. Schulze's program is a lot more elaborate.
