Ice cream. My Achilles heal. We have a VitaMix. Basically an Evenrude outboard motor with a blade on it, aka powerful. Have been making fruit ice things, like lemon or mango sorbets, with honey as sweetener. And occasionally when ice cream is on sale at the super market, well.....
