That's an interesting list. I really wish number 9 was true. Then I also haven't found vitamin C or quercetin to be of help as antihistamines either.

Salt is my number one favorite food. I know that I overdo it. When I was a kid, it was my responsibility to make sure the cattle had salt-licks. When I would put out a new block, I would chip off a piece for myself. Of course, it was not Sea Salt .
