***The reason I posted here and not the weight loss forum, is because I am doing a Water Fast with a vitamn supplement. You can disagree on the "supplement" issue that is fine, I'm always open to others pov. Also, I feel that there isn't alot of ppl in the weight loss forum that are serious about fasting and it doesn't seem as "active" as this forum.

I am just looking for support or advice, so please feel free to share,give your opinion with a little respect and politness, offer advice, just please there is no need to sound self righetous and be a jerk.

I'm a very nice person and not looking to add any negative energy to my life. If you can't be polite then please don't reply.
