In my honest opinion- here is my order of cleansing:

bowels first, takes some strain off the kidneys/liver w/ recirculating toxins;
liver next (2 or 3 times);
do not do any further cleanses until you do a kidney cleanse

then you may resume.

Liver Cleansing is stressful for the kidney so make sure when you do that you show enough appreciation for your kidneys to take their health seriiously.
