Remember, "lack of flow" can cause a myriad of difficulties, that are many times diagnosed as an 'organ malfunction', when actually the organ in question is only responding naturally to being 'squished out of shape' or compromised by another organ. And with the prostate, if the bladder is in some way compromised, swollen (or even shrunk, but "hardened & non-elastic" due to dehydration or just needing cleansed), the prostate can exhibit all manner of problems.
One could go with the Prostate tincture and see what happens (it might do the trick IF the problem is 100% prostate)...but I'd suggest a good colon & kidney/bladder cleanse (10 days) - and then see if he needs the prostate help.
Another thing that's fantastic (and highly overlooked, although it used to be VERY common) is prostatic massage.
Also...get him OFF the meat & dairy with the growth hormones. Those are NOTORIOUS for causing enlargement of the prostate.
