Hi CR2, my partner snored loudly every night, it was do something for him or kill him (usually at 3am when I still couldn't get to sleep). He was always tired in the morning. He had a sore throat, and his nose was always blocked, and his sinuses always seemed blocked as well.

He has now started taking iodine at a dose of 4 drops in water just before bed time. The snoring has stopped, and he can breath through his nose for the first time ever. His sinuses are getting clearer, and he doesn't look tired anymore. (And I actually get some sleep too).

His dark circles were just from being tired and sleeping badly, because now that he sleeps better the dark circles are dissappearing.
