HI bluestarr i have been on a verry strict candida diet like you said for 6 months with alot of vitamins minerals and candida killing suplements wich havnt helped so i dont think starving the candida will work for me .


and yes its indeed like a onion well put hehe :P


but i will check up and read about the leaky gut suplement you told me about thanks :).
