And the number is innumerable satan and a third of the angels plus more=innumerable,a number beyond human comprehension.The answer is in scripture and being thrown in the lake of fire is a choice of free will.Universal salvation is not found in scripture for it is a false teaching.God does not with hold salvation from anyone but does have foreknowledge of all that will refuse salvation.You are unable to understand Gods ability to operate outside of the linear time continuum.He is still just in his all knowing state relevant to the interactions of infinite will with finite will.
