I am not sure ( because probiotics never made my candida worse- just made my leaky gut burn more and irritated ) but I would bet it's the fructose in them. I don't know a lot of these probiotic makers feel it necessary to add crap like that but they do. That's why I just gave up with the capsules after years and years of wasted money.
