Risk putting on a few pounds, you dont want to get acid in the delicate lining of your new nose. Start back on your diet when you are healed.
Bulimia is an illness I would recommend doing low carb diet as it reduces cravings also some people go on medication called SSRI's which reduce the intensity and severity of binges and subsequent purges.
