Hi,
Normally once a day to once every two days. I did the blessed herbs cleanse, had to take quite alot of caps to achieve one to two a day.
I also felt quite weak, and felt a lot of stress on my pelvic floor (have had prolapse which is in itself a sign of lacking ascending energy)
