Indywings - When you say "crash" what does that entail? Can you provide details? Is it fatigue? Yeast infection?

I just posted this to someone else asking about hypoglycemia...

You don't want to mess around with hypoglycemia. I would recomend ignoring the food combining rule, and just make sure that you have some cultured veggies with your carb & protein meal. If it seems that you still have trouble digesting your meal, take a Papaya Digestive Enzyme (you can find these at Whole Foods). This will help to break down the protein.
