You need 3 rounds of pinworm and treat the whole family at the same time. Thats 2 pills a day for 3 days, 3 times with 2 week intervalls. The most important thing is hygiene, change underwear everyday, wash all your cloth in high temperature, keep your nails short and wash hands frequently.
