hey , this red skin dots is due to the body having too much toxins in the system so it tries to push it out of the skin or deposits it around the body (shown up in the skin rash , brain fog etc)

check supplements for possible things that may be worsening your condition such as things you are sensitive to and additives such as magnesium stearate (a machine oil lubricant)
