i sternly believe a person must work on liver detoxification to make any kind of progress with Candida. i mean really, so you kill candida, suffer thru the die-off, and all the while stay on a strict diet....but guess what, it just comes back. there is a root cause and you have to find it. try the 3-pronged approach: detox the liver, take things to fight candida but not too much because die-off is hard on an already stressed liver, sweep the toxins out with daily fiber and rebuild your intestines with things like L-Glutamine and probiotics.
