First you have to keep a dream dairy. As soon as you wake up try to remember your dream and write it down. During the day with an association you can remeber more and the write it down.That will increase you ability to remember your dreams.

Go to a good book store or search om the web and you´´ll find plenty books about the topic. Buy the the one you feel inclined and that´s it.
