i use a Synergy ozone generator that is fed oxygen from an oxygen concentrator at about a rate of 1/2 liters per minute. then i have the ozone flow into the portable steam sauna. i think if i make the time to do it 4 to 6 days a week that my health will reach new heights. unfortunately i sometimes herx along the way, but after i get over a hump i feel dramatically better. i only started doing it regularly about 4 weeks ago and so far so good. i think the key is to detox at a rate that can keep up with the die-off. so i do things like coffee enemas, take fiber before bed, and take liver support supplements. and most importantly drink a lot of water. the great thing about sauna therapy is you are detoxing (sweating) while killing bugs.

i have an EMEM 5 rife machine and rifing at 464 and 465 for candida throws me on my ass everytime...sometimes for days after! as for Lyme, there are just way too many frequencies for me to rife given the machine that i have and that's why oxygen/heat therapy thing is more practical for me.
