I had the same experience. My first flush was wit Epsom Salt was my last flush with epsom salt.

You can by pass Epsom Salts altogether. You can drink a bottle of magnesium citrate when you get up the morning after you drink the olive oil\lemon juice. Check the Classic Coke Flush recipe. Use the link at the top of the Liver Flush support page or use this link: //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/
I have done 25 flushes so far with magnesium citrate with no problems.


Another option is the UltraPhos liver flush. Haven't tired this one yet but I plan to soon.
