Surely your Dr or plastic surgeon could answer this. You know there are far worse things in life than being 'fat'. Think about it!!!
I'm sure you know about the dangers associated with throwing up and you know in the long run it will only leave you looking and feeling like s**t, so my advice to you is to deal with the bullimia. It willbe a blessing in disguise if you are not able to throw up.
