WOW this sounds alot like me. I am dehydrated alot and I have a problem with vinegar, citric acid , etc. I am having problems with minerals. I feel more dehydrtated if I take them.

Someone told me to take Primal Defense. Have you tried that and tell me what you think of it?

I just ordered some saukeraut fermented and I am wondering if it will bother me. I had a stool analysis and I really need some good bacteria, but don't know how to get it. I am allergic to so much including dairy.
