no thats not what i meant.. i meant which part of the nose are surgeons most likely to screw up on. i've read in this forum that patients will more likely be unhappy if they have the tip of their nose worked on because its harder to mold the tip into the patient's expectations?, while having the bridge worked on will be easier (possibly because they shave it down?) and more satisfactory to the patient's expectations.
