I think you get too much of a Sugar rush with juicing. I'm using a blender with the Shultz Super Food. I like it better because you get the fiber which slows the Sugar absorption.

1 cup of organic fruit juice. 1 cup of distilled water. 1/2 cup of fruit and or vegetables. 2 tablespoons of Shultz Super food.
