Hi everyone,

I have suffered from hypoglycemia on an off and I noticed that it gets much more severe when ever Itake flax seed oil or fish oil...???!! IT does not get worse when Itake borage oil which is omega 6. I have plenty of digestive issues but am very saddened by this since I love the benefits of the flax especially, I am more able to focus and am much less depressed and my skin is so much softer. Iassume this is associated with me not being able to properly break down fats or??!

Does anyone know why this makes my hypo worse or if there is anything that can help!!
