Restless legs; Sounds more like a magnesium deficiency to me; it is a typical symptom of it. You may combine lithium with some magnesium as a concentrated sea product; typically magnesium oil. Then you get some boron too + it is a good combination with the salt you mention.

Lithium; is to be found in red wine, beans, oranges and cabbage. + in a salad of tomato, cucumber and onions; depending of the soil of course.
PS; Magnesium deficiency is very difficult to measure in a hair analysis; as what is shown in the analysis may be the opposite of the reality; if you "loose to much magnesium" it looks as if the hair have enough of it; but your cells in the body may not. To retain your magnesium, vit B6 and boron ++ is needed.
(What I learned in homeopathy school was that it takes a 2-3 year of education just to learn to read a hair analysis right.)
