I think JJ's approach was insensitive, and should be ignored.

male breast reduction is becoming increasingly common and theres nothing wrong with it.

Whilst i have been researching nose jobs, i have come across alot of information on this.

My advice would to be research it and if you like what you see, then you can persue it. I understand what its like to live with something that makes you feel self conscious. And it doesn't matter what anyone else says, if your unhappy and want to change it...theres nothing wrong with it at all.
