The only advice I can give you is from my own experience: If you have a minor defect, don't bother with it. You may end up with worse problems than you went into the surgery with.
"I wish I had my old nose back".

I say it daily. My friends, colleagues, and family remind me daily that I used to be beautiful until I went crazy and ventured into a plastic surgeon's office. I would not wish the regret on my worst enemy. No one should hate who they are in the mirror and feel like somehow they had something to do with it- it really changes your life.
