glad to hear that is working for you, if it works hey!...just keep it up! i'm afraid that my problem is PCOS, i am quite fit and a vegetarian for years so it is definitely not diet or lifestyle...even tho i cant stand going swimming anymore with the hair being so bad!!
am trying vaniqa now plus back on dianette for the PCOS so will keep u posted on any improvements. just really happy this site exists! i would feel so depressed otherwise!
