I pulled a rib muscle last year~~not as
bad as fracturing a rib but I was sure
in intense pain. I went to the Chiropractor
a few times and then what helped me the
most was an acupuncturist. I had a good
one but she cut the healing time to less
than half the expected time the doctor
had told me. I also used Dr. Christopher's
BF&C (Bone, Flesh, and Cartilage) which
is now Christopher's Tissue and Bone.
Here is some additional info on BF&C
which may help you consider trying it~~

Here are some links to a company who does
mail internationally for a very low price~~

This ointment was great at relieving pain
naturally. I used it a lot and it made a
difference~~

I included the pages with the product reviews.
I have used MH's BF&C the most but he does
not mail internationally. His formula is based
on Dr. Christopher's though and I have also
used the Christopher products a lot.
best wishes,
Zoe
