Back in 1993 Representative Traficant, D-Ohio, had taken the floor of the House to lay a few words out to be place onto the Congressional Record which had no doubt irked more than just a few Congressmen and women on that day. But what may have been the thing that had really stirred the hornets nest was probably another little something that he said at around that same time period, when he introduced the Fair Justice Act. One has to go back and remember what was happening in and around the time of 1993 and one may recall that the DoJ had just come out of Waco, Texas, with a badly stained and bloodied image. Shortly after which he was railroaded out of Congress and into serving an eight year prison sentence.
