hi every1, i have recently, during training fractured a rib just under my nipple on the right side. now, during deep breathing it gives me a lot of pain and discomfort and i was wondering what could i do to help it heal more quickly, sice the doc told me i should just take a little break from my physical activities untill the pain subsides and i should be ok. any advice maybe?
