that is what can be so very frustrating about supplementation... one can have all the signs and tests stating that they are deficient in X...

So...

...they go out and purchase and then take a high quality supplement X only to realize little or no benefit because they are ALSO deficient in one or more of the synergists needed for utilization... even at a minimal level let alone optimal.
