Hello Moreless. This is my first time posting on your forum. I started liver flushing back in February and ever since my second flush I have had problems with constipation. For months now I have been telling myself that I need to just keep flushing. However, I am still having bowel problems and am beginning to think that I depleted my mineral reserves from flushing. Would this be a possible cause of the bowel irregularities I am having? Thanks.
