No, the miracle cure doesn't exist. But there are some things you can do.

1. Check whether you have a basic tendency towards that sort of hair growth pattern -- you can tell from the relative length of your fingers -- if your ring fingers are longer than your index fingers, then you're probably likely to have male-pattern hair growth and nothing that doctors can do can change that general tendency. If your index fingers are longer than your ring fingers, then doctors may well be able to give some help and you shouldn't ignore the possibility.

2. If your ring fingers are longer than your index fingers you have had early exposure to very high testosterone levels and even normal exposure to testosterone in later life can produce male-type facial hair. Don't pluck or wax it -- that will almost certainly make it worse. The cheapest, most effective way of removing it is by shaving. Use a men's razor and when you can afford it, try to get a men's electric razor. The Norelcos are particularly good, but the best of them are amongst the dearer ones.
