Hello,

Within the last year I have gained a lot of weight and 'm in the process of trying to lose the weight before I have diabetes. I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago. So, what I'm wonderng is what is Urine Therapy? Are you saying you drank your own urine? Confused! I have never heard of this before. Can you explain this to me? I've never hear of anyone drinking their own Urine for health benefits.
