I too have had bad posture, back and neck pain, etc. I heard about Egoscue last summer and luckily there was an office near me. I went for 8 sessions and my posture looked a lot better. I have other health issues and did not do my exercises as much as I should have. My lower back went out and I was really scared. Went back to Egoscue and am now doing my ecises religously. I could not even get out of bed without severe pain. After 1 session I was 90% better.
It is not cheap but it is worth it!
