Jessesmom, as you know, chelating heavy metals at the end of this program is not part of the basics. It's part of doing what you have to do to get the last of the problems taken care of.
Toxic metals need to come out of the mouth first. It's not always possible to do it first. Starting on the liver was the most important thing for both of us. Personally, I wasn't physically up to having all my teeth pulled that had the amalgam fillings in them. Since then, I have had them done one by one. I do have one more left. You really do need the physical stamina to have full mouth surgery done. I've planned this and put it off because of some major setbacks. Also, made an appointment, was sitting in the dental surgeon's chair and he refused to pull the worst offending tooth. It's best to find a natural dentist who understands and will admit the toxic effects of mercury. The rest can and will give you problems. So, between the setbacks like the MRSA a year ago, I've had to do some more plannning. I'm not having fillings removed. You're still gettting mercury if you have it in your mouth at all. I'm having all of the teeth pulled along with other mouth surgery that's necessary. This comes from the bad colon situation for years and not being able to assimilate the calcium. Doc's experience too. I have also taken the chlorella that binds the mercury. There are some posts on CZ that are helpful with this. This is one: curezone.com/forums/fmp.aspi=1458650

What I had to say about the AlliMED (not AlliMAX) is that it was my choice to help with dealing with the MRSA which I did take Clindamycin for a year ago--one round of it--, before I could get the Allimed. My immune system at that point was not the best, either. It did get the job done. Were there other things that would have done it better? I was faced with an immediate situation and didn't have much time to research it. MRSA can spread fast. That did set me back as far as candida in the colon was concerned. You only use antibiotics when you absolutely have to. It's not always good to compare, but in this case it might be. I had much more of a colon problem to deal with than some. You do what you have to do, when you have to do it, with what is available and may save your life or get you out of an immediate situation.
You can't get rid of too many toxins at once. That means you may have to live with, or deal with getting rid of them as your body is able.
I also had a higher than normal blood sugar problem to deal with. I did taper the insulin in order to stimulate the pancreas to start to work better on it's own. That is another circumstance that affects candida. What you choose to do here in the end of this program may have a delicate balance to it. You may be working with a catch 22 situation for a while. The idea is to keep working at it. You had an ND. This is a section of the country where I have not found any who understand how this program works, so that meant I had to take a little more responsiblilty than some for the outcome of what I did or have done to now. The research has been mine to do. Have I made some mistakes in doing what I have done? That remains to be seen. I don't think I am as far away from the best of health as you describe. The last of the problems takes time wrapping up, and it's the metals. Rebuilding takes time. Whatever comes out last is probably the worst. That, along with what comes out of any part of the body, comes out when it is ready to. Along with a little help. It may lay you low for a while. It may take a while to get on top of it. My level of health now can't even be compared to what it was in the beginning. It sure has been a long road. Just keep going, be responsible for what you do, do a lot of research, and you'll make it. It takes a while to get everything that was put into the body back out again. We are alive and in much better health than when we started.
A note on the environmental problems. We can't control the weather or some other things in our environment. We can do the best we can to stay away from the molds and their toxic effects. We can only control our immediate environment in our homes with de-humidifiers, air purifiers and ozone shocking machines that kills the molds and mildew. We can do our best to use non-toxic stuff to clean our houses up with. We can stay away from the foods that do have the molds on them. I've been aware of this and have dealt with it to to he best of my ability. Occupational situations have their hazards. How are we going to deal with it? It IS a problem. We do have the option to move or change occupations so we are less affected by it. Either way, it IS in our environment. A healthy body has a better chance of dealing with it. Do your best with the basics any way it works for you.
So let's find out what works the best, how it works and share it with those who are working on the same problem.
