I've watched here from a distance. You've made alot of progress, I do know that. There's no doubt of how much self-discipline and perserverance goes into all of this, and it's hard work. You've done good, and Pioneer has been there with her hand out to help you down this up and down path.

It would have been nice if I could have just figured I was done with getting stuff cleaned up, after getting to the point of not seeing the parasites, but I know how much is still ahead of me. I also know though, that I can't put all people here in the same exact category. I remember Dr Sutter saying someplace back there- that if people are doing liver flushes, and getting sick because their liver really doesn't need the regular flushing, that's not a good thing either. They need to learn to listen to what is best for themselves.

The epsom salts are by my own choice to keep doing in combination with the coke flush, but I'm not going to tell everyone they have to do them. Dr Sutter doesn't tell people to not use them either. He says to figure out what works best for you, and do it. I agree.

But, I don't have a problem getting them down my throat like Dr Sutter has with his gag reflex. And, now that I'm not depleted in magnesium, nor have the electrolyte imbalances I had when I started this stuff, I don't have the reactions to the epsom like you, or other's, may find you have with them.
For me, the sulfates in the epsom salts are also needed for the specific pathway in my liver that is missing the enzyme it needs to work right to detox certain things.

I'm sure the mercury/metals has alot to do with that too.
I would bet, that if I were able to check my mother (now dead) for the metals/toxins that I know I have to work on getting cleaned up- that some of this stuff has been with me since I was in her womb.

When I first came on CZ two years ago, I was asking Barefoot about a plant that grows wild here that is plentiful. It's one that Dr Christopher used alot. Barefoot asked if I would mind sending him some- and I said I would...but then I told him about this area having been in the path of the atomic bomb testing fall- out clouds in the 1950's-60's, and he changed his mind because of how long that stuff stays in the ground. That, combined with growing up in the old mining town with the dump sites--Lead is just one of the things found that I need to work on, mercury, arsenic, and uranium too. It's interesting what the biofeedback computer tests have shown, because they picked up the radiation being high and a problem- and also the herbicides in all of my organs still being a problem, 10 years after I used them for work foolishly. All the liver flushing hadn't gotten them moved out of my organs, skin/fatty tissue.

Where do I think I'm at with the cleaning up process? After cleaning out the colon, killing off a huge load of parasites, working on chelating Lead and toxic copper that is also in a backed up, sick liver; who knows how many liver flushes- I don't count; and different homeopathics I've used through the ND for addressing toxins, and the Lyme coinfections?

Maybe..1/2 way. Maybe even less. I have a long ways to go yet with the dental clean up, before I can even begin to start the chelating for mercury. And Azurite was right from the first, Rife may be expensive, but it's an important tool for what all else I have to deal with.

Alot of expense yet, but no way around it if I want to get more than past the 1/2 way point. Not getting cleaned up of the toxins, there's no way to get cleaned up fully from the candida and other pathogens.

Edit:
I haven't even started on the vicious cycle of killing the lyme, chelating the mercury it releases- which can take between 2-5 years. Getting Lead out of the bones, is not a fast process, it can take up to 15 years. Maybe...I'm less further than I thought on this road, when I really think about it.
