Ok, I am a bit updating my post here a few months after though it is not that related to the forun I am in now. And I DO hope the moderator of this forum will not block my post coz.... it is a very good information to share with others. If this website stands for helping people to feel beter and happier then this info (I am about to provide u with) should be seen by as many people as possible. Ok, if I really need to give a reason why I am posting it here then I do that. I have mentioned here that behaviour of teens (as well as adults) really depends on nutrition. True? Yes... So the next link will give u more knowledge in this field :)... I do love helping people and I am going to do so even if I need to break some rules here or there if the result at the end will worth it and it makes some people healthier and happier. :)
