Well that's interesting that you didn't test for any of those wild critters. It looks like you are working with an Nd. What else are you doing there? Have you checked your bowel flora, tried kefir or other probiotics, or done any thorough colon/intestinal cleanses? Has your liver been checked, or detoxed? Any of these could be at the root of the issue, or could at least help. I've posted some links about some marijuana/candida connections. I'm always a bit sceptical of most marijuana studies because you need to know who is funding them and what their agenda is. Often the results are skewed or distorted to continue the ridiculous war on drugs. There may be some food for thought here though.

Use of Recreational Drugs - Alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, tobacco, etc. These drugs stress the liver, the adrenals, and the immune system. The attendant erratic nutrition further depletes well-being and resistance to Candida.

I wonder if it makes a difference what kind of pot you are smoking, or if different sources would matter. Just as i am typing this i thought, "you know what, this could be an allergy." That could explain the strange reactions you are having. Perhaps you could get that tested.
Other than that, there is definitely, at least for some people, a connection between weak adrenals and marijuana and the effects, but mostly that is the mental and or nervous effect. The pleasant sensations can be replaced by anxiety, paranoia etc. Good luck, d
