Yes!, Absolutely, Chlorella is a very powerful supplement. I started taking the mitamins for BO first, they contain supplemens like Latobacillus Acidophilis, golden seal, bromelian, and Chlorella. I was taking those with Probotics and vitamins and then I started reading uo on Chlorella an I was not convinced that I was taking the rigt amount  to have the  benefits I wanted so I decide to purchase it seperate.
