I didn't read it all DQ but pathogens don't build up defenses against mono-L either, as they do with commercial "antibiotic" products. They can't, its simply a soap that dissolves the outer layer.

Some folk's digestive systems might be in such a chaotic state that coconut oil can't be broken down effectively into mono-L and for that reason my own personal preference is the pure mono-L ,and not coconut oil.
