A lot of your problems may be coming from the dental amalgams. You should get yourself tested for mercury poisoning, I'm almost sure a lot of those problems would go away if you got your fillings removed by a dentist who specializes in amalgam removal and start a mercury chelation. I read it's a long and excruciating process but worth it. Do some research and read some stories about people with dental amalgam related mercury poisoning. Hope this helps.
