I spoke with Leo from DAMS about 5 years ago... I think his name is Leo Cashman... he is local to me in the twin cities area.
It was because of that conversation and the information he sent me, that I went and got my Amalgams out. I had been using my detox foot pads, and had just started selling them myself -- so I had a lot on hand. When I went in to get mine done, (I did it in 4 steps -- one quadrant at a time) I put 3 foot pads on each foot -- the most important area is your toes (the undersides of your toes). I also megadosed with vitamin C, and chlorella.
I went to a biological dentist in Hopkins, MN. They also provided ozone treatment -- ozone therapy. It was interesting. Unfortunately they don't accept insurance so I had to pay cash. Many biological dentists won't accept insurance.
Well, I still have metal in my mouth because I have 2 root canals (one of the new fillings that they put in was too close to my root and became so sensitive that it killed the tooth, hence a root canal -- so there are some side effects to getting any filling replaced in your mouth... another filling / tooth is so sensitive still to this day, and I cannot drink cold or hot on that side of the mouth. And I have an implant where I have a titanium screw in my jaw... at least it isn't mercury but still... wish I didn't have metal in my mouth. Otherwise if you took a look at my mouth all you see is white (composite) and regular teeth -- it is nice to have a mouth like that! hehe.
Here is another option for you... if you happen to go to a regular dentist -- because of financial reasons -- it is better than nothing, but please insist that they use a rubber dam, especially when drilling out the mercury fillings -- the dust can settle all throughout your mouth and be absorbed sublingually. So be sure to have a mask on and a rubber dam. That is the most important part.
Good luck!
